Placing an order:

Once your order is completed on our website, a detailed summary including your order information and the total amount to be paid will be sent to you via email.

Confirmation by bank transfer:

To confirm your order, a bank transfer corresponding to the total amount indicated must be made.
The necessary banking details to make the transfer will be included in the summary email.

Order processing:

Your order will be prepared as soon as we receive confirmation of your payment.
Please note that processing times begin only after the actual receipt of the transfer in our bank account.

Proof of transfer (optional):

To speed up the process, we recommend sending us a payment proof (transfer receipt) via WhatsApp at +212 766-706482.

If the payment is not received within 2 working days, your order will be automatically canceled.

Preparation and Shipping Times

Once your order is confirmed through our website or social media, we immediately begin preparing it.
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Customized orders may take 7-10 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and item availability.

⁠Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a message with all the necessary details, including the delivery person’s contact information.
Please keep an eye out for this message to ensure smooth receipt of your package.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are capped at 50 MAD, regardless of your location in Morocco.

⁠Order Tracking

If you haven’t received your order within 9 business days, please contact us immediately for personalized assistance.

Return, Cancellation, and Exchange Policy

⁠No Returns or Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for delivered items.
Before placing your order, please double-check all details (size, color, quantity, etc.) to avoid any misunderstandings.

⁠Reporting Issues with Your Order

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Requests beyond this time frame cannot be processed. We recommend inspecting your items carefully upon arrival and reaching out promptly if needed.
